Meeting Rooms
Riverside Matakana's meeting rooms accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. The environment is conducive to both formal and informal meetings, presentations and other events. Your guests will enjoy our spacious modern facilities and deck areas overlooking the vineyards and river, the mood is tranquil, rural and relaxed.
We will gladly supply catering services from breakfast through to dinner.
Included in the meeting room hire is : Broadband internet connection, whiteboard and flip charts, folders with pads, pens etc, tea, coffee, mints.

In your Bach
Each guest bach has a writing desk with 1GB complimentary Broadband internet connection dedicated telephone lines for fax/ modem access, so you can take care of business from the comfort of your room.

Our onsite business services can provide a range of other services to assist you with any other business requirements you may have.
Larger Groups
We have a partnership agreement with Ascension Wine Estate - just 7kms down the road. They will cater for larger groups, while we supply the accommodation. Getting between the two venues is organised at no extra cost. Please contact us and we will organise this for you.
