Failure to arrive on the afternoon of the scheduled check in date will incur a total charge of all accommodation booked. For Christmas and New Year reservations, cancellations must be made no less than 14 days prior to arrival or a charge of 50% of the accommodation booked will be incured on the guest's credit card.
